Clean campsite. We car camped and liked how this site sat up above the parking area and road. It was also protected somewhat from wind.

Fremont Lake Campground offers a beautiful and well-maintained setting with clean facilities and helpful campground hosts, making it a favorite destination for many visitors. The campground features spacious, private sites, easy access to the lake, and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and recreation. However, the access road has significant potholes that require attention, and some site descriptions may not accurately reflect their capacity.

Site didn’t have a ton of shade but otherwise good with your own small little path to overlook the lake and reach the water.

Cons
The road into the campground needs repaired. There are holes that can swallow a vehicle. There are lots of holes - You can watch vehicles dodge the potholes. Listened to one guy who lost his front end hitting the potholes. This has been this way for over 10+ years.
Pros
Fabulous campground. Bathrooms are clean. Campground is quiet. Reasonably priced. Close to town.
We have been coming to Fremont Lake Campground for around 30+ years. We camp, boat, kayak, attend the Green River Rendezvous in Pinedale, historical tour of area, Mountain Man Museum

Fremont Lake is a gem. Vault toilets were immaculate. The road into the campground was something out of a war zone with potholes large enough to damage a vehicle. Kudos to whoever outlined the largest with paint to warn motorists of the danger.
