About Leigh Creek Campground
Leigh Creek Campground is located about 35 mi east of Worland, Wyoming, on the west side of scenic Cloud Peak Skyway, near the Cloud Peak Wilderness area. Located in the Bighorn National Forest, visitors to the area enjoy a wide variety of activities including hiking, fishing, scenic driving, and a number of historic sites. Nice camp with numerous good sites and creek access. The town of Ten Sleep was just 10 minutes away, with good climbing, hiking and fishing all nearby.

incredible secluded private place at the end of a long windy beautiful road. site #7 right next to the creek, fire pit with a good grill, picnic table. bathrooms are kept very clean. no cell reception at all. water spout nearby for dousing your fire when you leave/washing dishes. would 100% return!!

I have been to Leigh creek campground many times and I do love the area. This time I reserved a campsite on line for just one night so we could relax and enjoy some fishing. When I got there my spot was not reserved. I couldn’t find a camp host all day and people who also reserved the spot moved in and we left. I have always had a great time there but I have not been online till this one time. So my only advice is make sure your campsite is reserved.
