How to request that your listing be removed

Property Information

If you'd like your property taken off OutReserve, we'll help. Before you ask, it's worth knowing that you can usually claim your listing and correct it instead.

Consider claiming instead

Often the reason for a removal request is that the listing is out of date or missing something. If you claim your listing, you can work with us to fix it: details, photos, amenities, site types, and more. See How to claim your campground on OutReserve and How to create or edit your campground listing.

Who can request removal

Only someone who works at the property and is authorized to make decisions about its listing can request removal, for example the owner, a manager, or authorized staff. As with claims, we verify the request first. This protects your property from removals by people who don't represent it.

How to request removal

Email [email protected] or use our contact form. Include:

  1. The property name
  2. The link to its OutReserve page (for example, outreserve.com/stays/…)
  3. Your name and role at the property
  4. A way for us to verify you, for example writing from your business email or giving the property's phone number

We may contact you to confirm before we remove anything.

What happens next

  • After we verify your request, we remove the listing and email you to confirm.
  • If guests have upcoming bookings at your property through OutReserve, we'll work with you on them before the listing comes down.
