Like new camper that is ready to go. Gas heat, rooftop AC unit with controllable thermostat. 6 Gallon hot water tank. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Queen bed in the front private bedroom. The kitchen table converts to another Queen size sleeper. A Queen size inflatable mattress is provided for added comfort. Linens are provided for all beds. Small closets in bedroom to hang and store clothes. Bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Kitchen is fully-equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cook stove, and sink with sprayer. Seating for 4 around the kitchen table. The rear of the camper lets down for a nice gated deck area with room for 2. Outside you will find a mini-kitchen with grill, mini-fridge, ice maker and water supply. There is also an exterior TV mount for outdoor entertainment. Other amenities included are: Coffee maker (Pods or Ground), can opener, plates, bowls and utensils, cook ware and mixing bowls, grilling utensils, bed and bath linens, an outdoor rug, and lounge chairs. Come relax at Pickwick Lake and enjoy the outdoors!
