Come check out this like new very spacious and modern 36 foot long 2020 Heartland Prowler family camper! This camper has two big slide outs to create a large spacious area. The inside kitchen boast all stainless steel appliances including fridge/ freezer, three burner stove/ oven, microwave with exterior venting and dual stainless steel sinks. A pod style coffee maker, toaster oven, electric griddle, crock pot, kitchen utensils, pots/ pans, flatware and place settings for 8 are included for the hassle free experience every chef wants. The food pantry is large enough to hold enough food for weeks of camping. A generous supply of paper towels is included along with dish soap and hand soap. The master bedroom is up front and features a queen bed and two full length wardrobes with additional storage above the bed and under the bed. The rear bunkhouse features three bunks along with gaming chairs. The bathroom has a larger corner shower with acrylic doors along with vanity mirror, sink, medicine cabinet and foot operated toilet. Please do not flush any trash, feminine products or non RV approved toilet paper as they are very difficult to remove. A generous supply of toilet paper is provided. The dinette is U shaped to allow more people to eat together and it does convert into a bed if needed. The couch seats three comfortably and has USB ports in the lighted cupholders. The couch easily converts into a bed. There are three Smart TVs located inside the camper and the CD radio is Bluetooth compatible. This camper has two AC units to keep nice and cool on those hot summer days and a gas furnace with a large electric fireplace to keep warm on those chilly nights. Outside entertainment is easy with an outdoor kitchen with a second dorm size refrigerator, sink, and gas grill hookups. A portable flattop griddle is included. An outdoor shower is included along with an LED lit large 17' long electric awning and outside speakers. Four camping chairs, folding table and campfire roasting forks are included. There is a strict No Smoking policy. The $500 deposit will be forfeited if there is any smoking inside. Small dog friendly, no cats are allowed. $50 non refundable pet fee required. 50 amp electrical service so both AC’s and all electrical accessories can be utilized without worries. All necessary power cords, surge protector and adapters, water hoses, and sewer connections are included. The camper has a wireless rear camera for driving and backing up assistance with the display suctioned cupped to your windshield or sat on your dash. Set up is made easier with electric front and rear stabilizing jacks. The two 20 lb propane tanks are filled before each rental. A 2- 5/16 hitch with sway bars are included in the rental. The towing vehicle must be capable of towing at a minimum of 9000 lbs and be equipped with electric trailer brakes. Delivery along with set up/ take down will be an option on a case by case basis for an additional fee of $225 within 100 miles of Alabaster, Alabama. Additional fee of $3.50 per mile after 100 miles. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental. A $100 cleaning fee is collected on every rental. This fee also is used to fill the propane tanks back to full regardless of use, the setting up and dumping of the holding tanks, and the fresh washing of all linens and towels. If the camper is returned in an unusually filthy and neglected condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied and taken out of the security deposit. We provide 5 standard sleeping pillows as well as linen sheets for the three bunk beds and the queen bed. We provide 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, 4 bath hand towels, 4 dish rags, and 2 dish towels. All used towels and linens are washed before each rental. All grey and black holding tanks must be emptied before being returned. If the campsite does not have sewer hookups, a toilet tank portable tote can be rented for an additional $10.00 per night. If the renter declines delivery and chooses to pick up the camper themselves, the refundable security deposit will be increased to $1000.00 to help cover any possible damages while towing. If the generator option is being used, the refundable security deposit will be increased to $1000.00.
