Welcome to the Caribou Camper! Beds: Queen sized bed, 2 oversized bunks, and convertible dinette allow the Caribou Camper to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Indoor Kitchen: Oversized sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, three burner stove, oven, Keurig, cooking utensils, pots/pans, silverware for 6, and dishes for 6. Kids silverware and dishes also included. Bathroom: standup shower (no tub), toilet, sink, and vanity. Entertainment: TV, AM/FM radio, CD player, DVD player, board games, indoor speakers, and outdoor speakers. Outdoor Kitchen: mini fridge and flat top griddle and gas fire pit. Includes everything you need to pull into the campground and hook up: Anti-sway hitch, wheel chocks, drinking water hose, garden hose, sewer hose, stabilizing jacks, leveling blocks, and power cord. Optional add-ons: linens, pillows, towels, camp chairs, and cooler. Renter is responsible for cleaning, refilling propane, dumping waste tanks, and emptying fresh water tanks. Additional Fees (if not done by renters): - Propane: Cost of propane + $25 - Dumping waste tanks: +$50 - Emptying fresh water tanks: + $25 Additional Fees if Agreement is not Followed: - Smoke Odor: $250 - Fish/Wild Game Odor or Evidence: $200 - Pets: $150 - Excessive Cleaning: $150 Camper owners will provide information and walk thru for safe and proper operation of all equipment. The camper will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each rental. We guarantee that you will receive the camper with 2 full 20lb propane tanks, empty waste tanks, and empty fresh water tanks. Towing: Renter's vehicle and hitch must be rated for towing of this model. Camper will not be allowed on unimproved (dirt) highways. Delivery available within 50 miles of pick up address for a fee and upon request. *** All surfaces, linens, utensils, and dishes will be fully sanitized by the owners between rentals ***
