**Love the adventure of camping but don't want to give up the comforts of home? We've got you covered!** Welcome to our beautiful **2024 Forest River Sabre 37FLH**, where luxury meets the great outdoors! Whether you're planning a family getaway, attending an event at WestWorld, escaping to Arizona's cooler mountains, or simply looking for a relaxing retreat, our spacious fifth wheel offers all the comforts of home with the freedom of an RV adventure. **The best part? We bring it to you!** We'll deliver, level, connect the utilities, and have everything ready when you arrive. No towing, no complicated setup, and no RV experience necessary. Just unpack, relax, and enjoy! **WHAT MAKES OUR SABRE SPECIAL?** **A REAL Living Room!** Unlike many RVs where the kitchen, dining, and living areas share one space, our Sabre features a separate, elevated front living room with two opposing tri-fold sleeper sofas, comfortable theater seating, and a large entertainment area. There's plenty of room for everyone to gather for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day of adventure. Both sofas convert into additional sleeping spaces. **A King Master Suite with Room to Breathe!** Enjoy a private bedroom featuring a king-size bed, comfortable bedding, storage, and your own master bathroom with **dual sinks and a spacious shower**. No more waiting in line to brush your teeth! **A Second Bathroom!** Yes, you read that right! There's a separate half bath (powder room), making this fifth wheel especially convenient for families or groups. Guests can use the bathroom without walking through the master suite. **Sleeps Up to 6!** With a king-size master bed and two opposing sleeper sofas in the front living room, there's plenty of room for families or friends to spread out. The separate living and sleeping spaces offer privacy and flexibility you don't often find in an RV. **A Kitchen That Feels Like Home!** The fully equipped kitchen features residential-style appliances, generous counter space, a refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare meals. There's also a dedicated dining area to enjoy them together. **Comfort in Every Season!** Two upgraded 18,000-BTU air conditioners help keep things cool during Arizona's warmer months, while the heating system provides comfort on chilly evenings. **EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS INCLUDED!** We want you to enjoy your vacation, not spend it packing the entire house! That's why we provide fresh linens, pillows, towels, cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and basic household supplies at no additional charge. Outdoor camping chairs and a mat are also included for relaxing outside. **YOUR ADVENTURE, YOUR WAY!** Our Sabre is a wonderful choice for weekend getaways, family vacations, winter visitors, equestrian events, or extended stays. From Scottsdale and Cave Creek to Arizona's beautiful mountain and lake destinations, we'll help bring the comforts of home to your adventure. **You choose the destination. We bring the accommodations. You make the memories!**
