ShangriLa Ranch

Its a nice place to relax solo. People there are unfriendly and very " high school social club" attitude. I went out with hub once, people were hostile, unfriendly and downright rude to us. (I stayed in my trailer the rest of the visit.) I talked to two people at the "smoking" section from one from Michigan, and one from Wisconsin, they said they'd never be back......me too...waste of money....

Rooms are terrible, beds are very cheap, its like being in a low class trailer park.
Pools and spa were clean, spa could use an update and the community showers need to be updated.
Barebuns Cafe have great food. It's like homemade food, great prices too.
Office staff was very nice, café staff extremely nice. Dj and kj were nice, but the staff that drive around are very rude.
The older ladies that live there, most are very rude and snotty, but the men are all nice, the younger girls are nicer.
I personally won't go again, I do not like to watch swingers or Trans and gay people playing with each other, I don't have an issue with nudity, but there are rooms and trailers for personal sexual activity.
It felt like Woodstock
It was nice to be able to walk around nude, I didnt really feel creeped out, everyone looks, just don't gawk and don't judge.

Great place, being able to run around nude is even better at this awesome clothing optional ranch. It's always well kept up. Pools are nice and clean and always open. Jacuzzi is always working. We love camping here because it's nice and close and it is nice to be able to run around nude. NO it is not a swingers place. Everyone is very respectful and super nice! The food is great at the restaurant. And they even have karaoke on Fridays and dances on Saturdays. It's a great weekend get away!

My SO and I have spent many weekends at SLR and we continually find it to be so enjoyable, peaceful, and calming that it has become our #1 go-to choice for a weekend getaway. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming too!

We got a day pass here and it was a pleasant experience. We recommend doing the short hike around the property! We’ve been to other places like this and I think Shangri La Ranch has the potential to offer a bit more. Most of the people you’ll see here are around their 50s, which is not a problem at all lol, but there were fewer younger people like us (25–30). Overall, it was a nice day here.
