Pioneer RV Resort - 55 plus Community

Really nice RV park. Many things to do here. Quiet and the staff were friendly.

Nice ,friendly , great location. Indoor pool was nice. Got athletes foot from the showers. Could use exhaust fans in bathrooms. The smell was overwhelming. It does make you take quicker showers though. Saves them water.

Place is very clean but they pack everyone in like sardines, no privacy. We found the people to be very “clicky.” Sometimes it felt like being in high school again. Should be advertised as a 70+ community. We stayed for a month. Thank God we did a lot of day trips. No tall trees or covers for RVers for protection from the hot sun. Very poor water pressure. Pool is indoors, so no place to really lay out and get some sun when it’s not too hot. The activities they have are similar to what you would find in a senior center or housing for the elderly. You really need to stick to their rules, there are quite a few “Karen’s” around.

We love this RV resort in North Phoenix,AZ. Very nice facility! Everyone we met were friendly and enjoying their stay! It was early Feb and 65-85 daytime ! Beautiful!!
They have many amenities to use , plus shopping close by! 55+ , super quiet at night!

This is a really nice park. Mostly long term, seasonal sites. Very friendly and helpful residents and staff. Very clean with great amenities. Will stay here again, hopefully when we can stay longer.
