Beds: -Sleeps 5 adults (or 4 adults & 2 kids) -2 Queen beds - Dinette converts to an additional bed, sleeps 2 kids or 1 shorter adult -A fresh set of sheets, 2 pillows, a blanket & a comforter provided with each bed Bath: -Clean shower & toilet -Separate sink, vanity & medicine cabinet -Fresh bath & hand towels provided Kitchen: -Refrigerator/freezer -Sink w/ pull out faucet -Stove & Microwave -Toaster -Keurig Coffee Maker -Outdoor Griddle & Tools -Fully equipped with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots & pans, knives, cutting boards, basic spices... everything needed for cooking & eating RV: -5.4 Liter V8 with cruise control -Water heater -Onboard generator & lithium battery -Propane for the fridge & hot water heater -A/C & heat -Folding table & 4 camp chairs -Outdoor area rug -Non-smoking vehicle **We are flexible with pick up and drop off times as long as they are prearranged. If you need a different time, please send me a message.** Additional Fees: -Music Festivals- $500 per trip, plus daily rate. Must be approved prior to rental. -Burning Man $7000 plus daily, with prior approval
