Rear bunkhouse with two stacked twin bunks plus a third lowered side bed (three real sleeping spots for kids). U-dinette converts to a double, convertible lounge chair becomes a single. Unlimited hot showers - 60K BTU on-demand tankless water heater. No more cold showers waiting for a tank to refill, a rare feature you won't find on most rentals. Off-grid capable - Both refrigerators (main 12V Everchill, camp kitchen mini-fridge), interior lights, slide-out, awning, and water pump all run on 12V/solar. AC, microwave, and 110V outlets require 30-amp shore power. Outdoor living - 16 ft electric awning with 4K LED blade lighting for evening ambiance, exterior camp kitchen with propane griddle and 12V mini-fridge, exterior shower hookup for rinsing off after hikes. Inside comforts - Walk-in shower, oversized 12V Everchill fridge, microwave, 3-burner stove + oven, pantry, entertainment center with fireplace, AC + propane heater, JBL stereo, dehumidifier, panoramic windows, fully enclosed underbelly for cool nights. All bedding, linens, cookware, and tableware included. Confidence built-in - You'll get a bilingual Welcome Packet 7 days before pickup, 10 walkthrough videos for every system, laminated quick-reference cards mounted at every use point in the RV, and an in-RV reference binder with local services and dump stations. We've thought through what you might need at 9 PM at a campground. Safety equipped - 1080p HD backup camera with 7" wireless monitor and DVR recording, premium adjustable entry step, leveling jacks, breakaway brake system. Spare tire, jack, trailer-aid ramp, AstroAI dual-power tire inflator, and DOT reflective triangles included. Every booking includes RVshare's Preferred insurance ($1M owner liability) and 24/7 nationwide roadside through Quest - towing, tire service, lockouts, fuel delivery, mobile mechanic. Dog-friendly - Up to 2 dogs welcome with pre-approval ($75/dog). Crates required when alone in the RV. Bilingual support - Habla español? Coordinamos todo en tu idioma: contrato, walkthrough y soporte durante el viaje. No propane stress - We handle propane between rentals. Show up with full tanks, don't worry about refilling before return. Optional delivery - We can deliver, set up, and connect at your campground for a flat fee. Just ask before booking. Whether you're chasing giant sequoias, fishing the Kaweah River, or stargazing in the high country - show up, unlock the door, start your adventure. Important - Please Read Before Booking This RV is professionally cleaned and inspected before every trip; it is not detailed (which would cost $800+). Camping is an activity that requires preparation and basic mechanical familiarity. First-time RV renters are welcome. We provide a thorough in-person walkthrough (45-60 minutes), 10 walkthrough videos, written guides, and laminated references but renters are expected to engage with these materials. Things like checking propane, monitoring tank levels, and basic RV operation are part of the experience and yes, we walk you through all of it. Tow vehicle requirement: Minimum 8 lb tow rating, 2-5/16" ball, 7-pin connector. We'll verify your tow vehicle specs before confirming booking. A weight-distribution hitch with sway control is strongly recommended for this 33-foot trailer. If you have zero RV experience and aren't comfortable learning, please consider a cabin or hotel instead. We're here to help, but we can't operate the RV remotely.
