There is plenty of room in this 35-foot trailer. The front room has a king size memory foam bed with sheets and comforter. The bunk room has two bunk beds with sheets and comforters with safety nets to help keep the kids safe. Below one of the bunks has a futon that turns into a bed and the couch turns into a bed. We can provide sheets and comforters upon request. Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, tin foil, cleaning wipes, dish soap, cooking spray, salt, pepper, bath towels, beach towels, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster and outside kitchen. There are two smart TV's. A 42" in dining area and 32" in the bunk room. There are a few card games provided and 4 camping chairs to enjoy outside Central Coast weather. Ice Chest, Small kids picnic table available upon request
