This is a great little trailer for a couple or small family. Queen size bed in the front and a dinette that folds down for more sleeping area. Easily towable by most SUV's or light trucks. We are pet friendly and can load the trailer with special requests if needed. Come explore beautiful Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe in style! This trailer is excellent for off-the-grid camping with 46 gallons of fresh water and a solar/inverter system that automatically maintains the battery levels along with high ground clearance and oversized tires. We do have a generator if needed for $25/night (the only things in the trailer that require a generator or plug-in power are the A/C and the microwave). IF USED, THE GENERATOR MUST BE FULL OF FUEL UPON RETURN. PLEASE NOTE: THIS TRAILER IS CLEANED PRIOR TO EACH RENTAL. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS ARE WASHED. WE MAKE SURE ALL SURFACES ARE CLEAN AND DISHES ARE CLEAN AND PUT AWAY. WE EXPECT THE TRAILER TO BE RETURNED IN SIMILAR FASHION. THE MANDATORY $50 CLEANING FEE IS FOR REGULAR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY. MUD, DIRTY DISHES, RESIDUAL FOOD OR SPILLS IN THE FRIDGE, EXCESSIVE DIRT INSIDE OR IN BEDDING WILL INCURE A $500 CLEANING FEE.
