Hope Valley is beautiful. Easy access to Blue Lakes and Caples Lake. Scenic day hikes and fishing too.
30 minutes to South Lake Tahoe.
The camp host was excellent, so helpful and the campground was well maintained.

I love this campground and the surrounding area. I would have given 5 stars if we were not subjected to some folks blasting country music while their children ran around shrieking at the top of their lungs. Overall the 3 nights spent there were pleasant and the hiking and 4 wheeling were incredible. I will be back.

This was the cleanest, most peaceful campground ⛺️ ve ever visited. The host David was so friendly, helpful, and responsible - a highlight! Gorgeous location as well.
