This 2018 Keystone Springdale Mini 1800BH is a smaller, light-weight camper trailer that allows you to reach more places but still has everything you and your family and friends need for a memorable adventure! There's a queen size bed with storage, a dinette that converts into a full size bed, and two twin size bunk beds. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Water, sewer and electric hookups available. Generator available for rent. Great space for additional guests, a weekend getaway, or a road trip for family and friends! Fits two-three adults very comfortably, but can accommodate up to six. This camper has been equipped with larger tires and spring over axle which allows for greater ground clearance. INCLUDED: -Outside: propane tank, two adult camp chairs, large outdoor mat, bike rack (upon request) -Entertainment: TV, DVD player, DVDs, games, books -Bedding: pillows, sheets, blankets, sleeping bags -Kitchen: cooking and eating essentials, pour-over and drip coffee makers, spices -Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, towels -Staples: 1 roll paper towels, 2 roll toilet paper, 2 kitchen trash bags (more available upon request for a fee) -Additional items available for a fee NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND NO MUSIC FESTIVALS Dogs Welcome for $25 each (2 max) TOWING: Vehicle towing capacity of 5,000 lb minimum, 7 pin electrical hook-up, 2 5/16" ball. Weight Distribution Hitch with sway control available for 2" receiver Delivery and Pick up within 55 mile radius available upon request. Winter Rentals: Nov-Mar (weather dependent) there is no fresh water in the system or water hookups available due to freezing temperatures. Portable water tanks are available for washing up.
