This TT has a private master bedroom in the front with a standard door, a living room/dining area in the center, a kitchen with an island, and a bunkhouse in the rear. THREE slides make it feel very roomy. Rigatoni features TWO PRIVATE BEDROOMS! The private master bedroom with a standard door (not pocket door) offers comfort and privacy; we upgraded the master bedroom with a tempurpedic mattress for your sleeping enjoyment! The Bunkhouse room also offers privacy with a standard door and is a great retreat for kids or your other guests! Both rooms feature LCD TV’s, and plenty of storage space to hang and store all of your personal belongings. There is an iStereo with speakers inside and outside. Outdoor chairs, and more included at no additional cost. One of our favorite features of this rig is the full service outdoor kitchen! It contains a two burner gas cook-top, sink, fridge, grill and TV. It’s the perfect place to sit back and enjoy a cocktail or a game and when you need to go in to use the restroom there is no need to walk through the main living area, just pop in the private bathroom entrance to do so! The tongue jack is electric as are the stabilizing jacks so there is no manual cranking. Two propane tanks are installed on the rig. One full tank included with rental. Large, automated awning with LED lighting to shade during the day and light in the evening. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pans, towels, coffee maker, toaster, cups, and more. There is a bicycle rack available. Setup and delivery available depending on location for a fair fee. Contact me to discuss. 3 night minimum with delivery/pickup or 2 night minimum if you can tow yourself. If you want to tow, I have a weight distributing hitch to use. 3/4 ton pickup and towing experience required. No dry camping. Dry camping will result in 100% forfeiture of secure deposit. Black tank must be emptied and flushed to avoid fee. All rates/fee are customizable. Before you book another rig, send me a message 30 amp service required AND standard 15/20 amp to run rear A/C.
