RVL Rainbow Village Largo

I flew over from the UK to meet up with my cousin who lives in Minnisota ,and moves to Florida during the winter season .I really loved this location ,very clean ,great pool and games room ,darts,pool .The community hall always has a function going on in the evening and the folk that either reside or rent are such friendly inviting people, I fully recommend Raimbow Village to anyone considering a stay .

My mother was a respectable resident here for around two years. After her unfortunate death, the management staff supported maintenance aggressively cursing me several times while handling her estate to be cleared off the property and lot. Although her lot was cleared mid January they kept her entire January rent, whilst making the process incredibly uncomfortable for me, my mother’s only child.
The management took a physical copy of my mother’s death certificate in order to process my mother’s February refund of rent as she had paid in advance. This would make a conflict free refund check issued to myself, my mother’s only beneficiary. This was all discussed in the office at this specific location in largo. Instead, they wrote a refund check out to my deceased mother, and sent this check to my deceased mother’s sister in Michigan. My family and I can cannot make sense of this, and since this management has ignored my families phones, and have not gotten in touch with anyone regarding simple questions and direction as to what the misunderstanding has been.
Zero moral compass, and zero professional responsibility.

The way this location has treated my family and I is a disgrace to this entire establishment. If you care about yourself and your loved ones, I would personally stay far away from this park. For reasons unknown, the staff here has caused my family trauma and pain and stress for the rest of our lives. I pray for the individuals that have ill will in their hearts, specifically ones that maintain this community. I will never understand, but I hope for better days ahead.

Save your money and sanity! We stayed there for February and March ($3500 + Utilities) For those who say it is a great location, I want what you are on because there is not a moments peace in this park. It is on the corner of two busy streets. Trucks and cars with extremely loud mufflers, motorcycles racing all hours of the day and night. So LOUD, it sounds like they are coming through your living room. Dog parks are full of sand with barely a blade of grass for your dogs to do their business on. No trash collection...they make you take your trash to the dumpsters which seems bizarre as most Sun Outdoors we've stayed collect it for you. Now on the more personal side...Most people live here instead of vacation here. Perhaps this is why you are hard pressed to even get a hello walking down the street. I have never met so many miserable people in one place than in this park. No hello, no eye contact...just walk or drive right past you as if you are invisible. I was even told to slow down on my bicycle (peddle bike by an ignorant resident that was on a golf cart going faster than me. Walking our dogs several times a day for 2 months straight I can tell you 2 peoples names. Cally, and Barb you are wonderful. At first the office was just as miserable but I must say Dawn warmed up and Paula was nice from the start. Maintenance guys and cleaners were very nice and keep the park very clean. This park is a hell no for us. Such a waste of $3500.

It took over a month plus a google review to have any response from this corporation about my deceased mothers refund WOW.

You need to EDUCATE your staff on what serious things they tell the residents and their families perhaps!!
The management that run the largo fl 66th st location into the ground are an absolute disgrace to this corporation. Good luck.

Since these regulations apply to everyone, you’ve just told me that every location has verbally abusive maintenance men that cuss at you and disrespect residents. Wow.

If you ever need to get answers, express to google and if you’re lucky, you’ll get a professional robot. 100x more effective then dealing with the manger and maintenance individuals and this largo establishment.

Dawn is wonderful, Aside from that, this is the most god-awful establishment I’ve ever experienced. My mom was critically ill, and the staff harassed her on several different levels. The maintenance men would curse at me when I was there visiting, trying to take care of her stay after my mom passed away. To this day, the management is making things difficult on levels that are unnecessary to reasons that are completely unknown to me. This is a terrible terrible ran company and they are contributors to harassing my mother and her time of vulnerability. I would never recommend this trailer park to anybody.
