Heads up... if you are single, don't bother coming here. Find another park. Single people are not allowed in the pool. If you're single, and live alone, and have no one else in your life, they will deny you the use of the pool. They will kick you out of the pool if you're by yourself. Imagine that... grown adults not allowed to swim...

Heads up, if you park on an empty lot, you car will be towed, as well as any guest vehicles.

You're not even allowed to park, temporary, on an empty lot to perform maintenance on your place.

Not to mention I was given no notice, by email or verbally, regarding the rule, which apparently took effect immediately. I have been trying to get them to change my email for 3 years now, as I never ever get any notifications from the ridiculous park office. I have emailed them, called them, stopped into the office in-person, but no one ever does a damn thing... lazy? Or incompetent? That's anybody's guess. Oh, and don't let Randy, the maintenance manager, fool you... he's nothing but a bully.

The lots are very small I smoke to the ladies in the office and while I'm sure they were trying, they were not professional if you ask a simple question you get everything but a the information you want or need. Much nicer parks in the area I don't recommend.

Lived here for about 2 years in my camper. The management is great. Very friendly, they worked with me a couple times when I was late on rent. They keep the place in amazing shape, and it seems like they're always improving something. There's a nice pool and a hot tub, three professional pool tables, a library, and a workout room. I never locked my car doors and nothing ever went missing. As far as a trailer park/campground goes this place is great.

Started off in a 44' fifth wheel and they were able to take me in when almost no one else could. They ladies in the office where so nice and helpful. The guys outside are always there to help with anything and they do a great job keeping the park clean! The pool and game area was nice. The not so good was location not much around it but the positive very short drive to a lot in any direction you can find something. Im really sad to be leaving but job changed so I've gotta go. If my job changes again I will be back. Filled up during the winter with snowbirds, really wanted to stay for all the summer fun. Keep up the running a great park

I am not familiar with all of the staff, we delt mostly with Nancy. She was very patient with all my questions and very helpful in making our vacation stay a very pleasant experience. The location of the park is very convenient to just about anywhere you want to go, easy access to highway system. The maintenance staff does a very good job of keeping the grounds up and assisting in locating guests to their spots. Highly recommended!
