RV overview
We allow pickup if the driver has previous RV towing and setup experience, the tow vehicle can handle a tongue weight of 1,124 lb, tow capacity of 9,924 lb, and a trailer brake control is installed. Otherwise, we are deliver and set up only. This travel trailer toy hauler sleeps 6 adults (2 queen bunks, and a queen sized mattress in the primary bedroom). The garage has two retractable queen bunks that convert to double sofas, and the rear door doubles as a fenced in patio. There’s a good separation of sleeping space from the common areas; we have a family of 5 and never feel like we’re stumbling over each other, even on rainy days. Length: 35’8” Width: 8’ Height: 11’2” Weight (Empty): 7,282 lb GVWR: 9,924 lb Cargo Capacity: 2,642 lb Hitch Weight: 1,124 lb Slide Outs: 1 Sleep Number: 6 Awning: 20’ Electrical Service: 30 amp Fresh Water Tank: 54 gal Black Water Tank: 63 gal Grey Tank: 42 gal FRONT QUEEN BED THEATER SEATING MID BATH/SHOWER DOUBLE QUEEN BUNKS 2 BURNER STOVE MICROWAVE GAS/ELECTRIC REFRIGERATOR The stove, heater, outdoor LP quick connect and gas water heater all run off propane. We only allow a city water connection (hose connected to the camper) if there is also a sewer hookup available; it's too easy to overflow the grey and black tanks otherwise. *NOTE: We do not provide bedding (sheets/blankets/pillows) or plates/utensils/cookware.
