PLEASE read this ENTIRE description for important information of what is provided and what you need to bring. :-) This trailer is practically brand new, only used a handful of times and the value for money is truly mind blowing. Whether you're a first timer or an old hand at RV trailer camping I think you'll enjoy it. Reading all the details below will better prepare you to have a GREAT trip :-) Time to relax :-) We figure you want to "unplug" when camping and since everyone has their device, there is no TV. There is however an indoor Bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, and it can work in both or either of those zones. LED lights throughout. Central Air-conditioning or heat - ducted throughout to the vents in each area. We've added a special after-market part to this air-conditioner making it more efficient and effective. All flatware, plates, cooking pot/pan are provided, but bring your own BBQ equipment if you wish. There is also an outside kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove and basin. An outside shower for the kids to wash off if they got all sandy at the beach :-) You'll need a midsized to large truck or large SUV with at least a 7,500-pound tow capacity (you can find your gross trailer weight, GTW by looking on the outside edge of your vehicle driver side door or the inside edge of the driver door frame when open). The trailer empty weight is 4,890 pounds. Having more margin will be easier on your transmission. You must have a 2 inch receiver and 7-pin electric plug outlet. Ball size is 2 & 5/16 inches. We can also rent you the tow-hitch and stabilizer system for a nominal 1 time fee. Since you're driving in Michigan an electric brake controller is required by law and will need to be verified on or in your vehicle - this is standard on many newer trucks and SUV's. If not installed, not to worry - we can rent you our Bluetooth controller (see add-ons) for a 1 time nominal fee. If you need this please download the app to your smart phone before arrival from the App Store by searching “Curt ECHO brake controller”. It’s mostly orange in color. Office Hours or pick-up times: Monday - Friday 3pm until 6pm. Sundays 10am through 6pm. Hours outside of these times can be arranged by appointment. All meetings MUST be confirmed and agreed to by phone or text, no exceptions. Sorry No Saturday drop-offs or pick-ups. This is a Fully Stocked Trailer including 1 pot, 1 pan, Utensils, chopping board, cutlery/flatware, plates, cups, dining service for 8. 4 folding camp chairs, water connection hose, sewer hose, electrical connection and adapter. If there is something you'd like or need provided, please ask - we might just have that handy or be able to get it for you :-) Bedding for master bedroom and bunks with mattress covers are provided including pillows. Let us know how many in your party so we can provide these for everyone. Sorry no beach towels. Other things to note: Please keep any dogs off the furniture, particularly the beds. Any "urine or marking accidents" on furniture will be assessed a $300 fee, because these smells are difficult or impossible to remove. Please be considerate - if you think you won't be able to prevent this, kindly consider leaving your pet at home or at the kennel for the trip. Absolutely NO smoking, vaping or smoke exhaling inside the trailer. Any sign/smell of smoke of ANY of the following, though not limited to – tobacco/cigarette/cigar/marijuana/other drugs etc., will result in forfeiting the ENTIRE $750 security deposit. As the renter you are responsible for what your guests do in this and any other areas of care for the trailer. Other fees are noted in the rules & add-ons section. These include a mandatory cleaning fee, dumping fee if you've not dumped gray/black water or replenished LP gas etc. Also Never switch the LP bottles/tanks – they must ONLY be refilled – this is due to attachments that measure their contents.
