The Cozy Escape Immaculate • Fully Stocked • Pet-Friendly • Adventure Ready Pack your clothes, grab your groceries, and go. We’ve taken care of the rest. Welcome to The Cozy Escape, our 2023 Coleman Lantern 17B — a lightweight, comfortable camper that's thoughtfully stocked with the little things that make a camping trip actually feel like a vacation. And if cleanliness matters to you when renting someone else's camper, you're in the right place. We take a lot of pride in keeping our camper exceptionally clean, fresh, organized, and well cared for between every adventure. COZY INSIDE, ADVENTURE OUTSIDE The Cozy Escape sleeps up to 5 and includes: • Queen bed • Twin bunk beds with fun LED lighting • Dinette that converts into additional sleeping space • Air conditioning & heat • Large additional fan for extra airflow • Private bathroom with shower & toilet • Refrigerator • Microwave • Indoor cooktop • Plenty of storage YES — LINENS & TOWELS ARE INCLUDED No need to haul half your linen closet along. Your rental includes bed linens and bath towels, along with paper towels and RV-safe toilet paper. A CAMP KITCHEN THAT'S ACTUALLY STOCKED Whether you're making breakfast outside or having coffee before everyone else wakes up, you'll have plenty to work with. Included: • Cookware • Cutting boards & picnic supplies • Paper plates & utensils • Outdoor electric griddle • Separate gas-powered outdoor cooktop/range • Electric kettle • Pour-over coffee supplies Just bring your favorite coffee and groceries. YOUR OUTDOOR SETUP IS COVERED, TOO Camping is better outside, so we've included the things that make your campsite feel like home: • Outdoor rugs • Camping chairs • Outdoor cooking equipment • Picnic supplies Set up camp, pull out a chair, and relax. THE NOT-SO-GLAMOROUS STUFF? WE THOUGHT OF THAT TOO. You'll also have the essential RV equipment you need, including: • Fresh-water hose • Sewer hose • Sewer hose extension • Sewer connection accessories • Black-tank cleaning/treatment supplies If you're newer to RV camping, don't worry. I'm happy to help make sure you know what you need before your trip. FOR OUR FELLOW CLEAN CAMPERS... We know renting someone else's camper can feel like a gamble. Not here. The Cozy Escape is carefully cleaned and reset between rentals. We want you to open the door and immediately feel comfortable putting your bags down, making the beds, cooking dinner, and settling in. We simply ask our guests to return that same care. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, too. LIGHTWEIGHT & EASY TO TOW The Coleman 17B's compact size makes it a fantastic choice for campers who don't want to tow a massive RV. Your tow vehicle will need the appropriate towing capacity as well as: • 2-inch hitch receiver • 2-5/16" ball • 7-pin round trailer connection • Compatible brake controller Not sure about your vehicle? Send me the year, make, and model before booking and I'm happy to help you determine what you'll need. LESS PACKING. MORE CAMPING. We want your trip to start with excitement — not a giant packing list. Fresh linens. Towels. Cookware. Coffee setup. Outdoor cooking. Chairs. Rugs. RV essentials. It's already here. You bring the people you love, your pup, your groceries, and your sense of adventure. We'll take care of the rest.
