We would love to share our camper with you! Our camper is perfect for couples and small families. It will sleep 4-6 people with a queen bed, full size pull out loveseat sofa bed and the dinette makes into a small bed. It is roomy for its size with two slide outs and it has alot of storage areas. It has a large full pass through storage on the outside. Double 30 gallon propane tanks included. Kitchen stove, oven, water heater and heat are propane operated. We prefer the delivery option with complete set up and teardown. It makes a more relaxing trip and less chance for accidental damage. However, we are negotiable with your needs for your camping trip depending on your destination and type of trip. Our camper has an electric tongue jack and electric stabilizers for easy set up. ALL INCLUSIVE ITEMS: KITCHEN stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots, skillet, toaster, keurig coffee maker, paper towels, aluminum foil, salt/pepper, dishtowels, pot holders, dish soap, hand soap & trash bags. The dinette makes into a small child size bed. BATHROOM is stocked with RV toliet paper, towels, wash cloths, hand soap and small first aid kit. The bathroom is roomy and has a bigger size shower. BEDROOM has closets, cabinets and drawers for storage. There is a tv connected to antenna, dvd player and phone ports. We will provide a set of sheets, 2 pillows and a comforter for the queen size bed. LIVING ROOM has a tv connected to antenna and a dvd player. There is also a AM/FM stereo with inside and outside speakers. We will provide 2 pillows, linens and blanket for full size pull out loveseat sofa bed. There is a storage shelving area that we always use as a pantry for our camp trips. We will include a deck of playing cards and coloring books with crayons. CLEANING SUPPLIES: Broom, dust pan, lysol wipes and disinfectant spray. OUTSIDE we will provide 4 fold up camp chairs, folding table, portable mini fridge, fire starter, lighter, roasting sticks, outside rug and outside trash can with trash bags. There is an outside shower, outside electric outlets and electric awning with lighting. SETUP: We provide the basics to set up including water hose, sewer hose, power cord, wheel chocks & leveling blocks. Camper has electric stabilizers and electric tongue jack. We do request that you book a campsite with a slight grade or null. Please do not book a campsite with a moderate grade. Renter is responsible for any park entrance fees where the camper is being delivered. RENTAL RULES: -Minimum renter age 25 -No smoking allowed -No pets allowed -Empty grey/black tanks if not full delivery option -Remove and haul off all trash -Wash all dishes/kitchen items with dish soap and put away. (Think of the next person using them) -Put all dirty towels, wash clothes and linens in bags provided and leave blankets in pile on the bed -Leave camper clean as it came
