Delivery upon request. **We've got all the necessities!** - 20lb Propane tank - Outdoor rugs and table, 4 camping chairs - Utensils, plates, pots, paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, cleaning supplies - Fitted sheet on each bed (bedding is not provided) - Pots & marshmallow skewers - French Press Coffee Pot & Water Boiler - Indoor & outdoor trashcan - Misc. family DVDs - Dinette folds down to a large bed with room for two kids or one adult. Boon Docking?? Tailgating?? We have a generator you can rent. Using your own generator must be approved in advance as not all are powerful to power both RV A/C units. Pick up & drop off times are flexible as long as there are no scheduling conflicts. Power sources: This unit requires a 50-amp RV outlet to run all its systems. We do have a 30-amp adapter that can be used but keep in mind that you will not be able to run all the systems. The main power hogs are AC units, fridge, microwave, & electric fireplace. Approximately 7,200 lbs. & 34' long. A half-ton truck or larger is required to tow (F150, F250) with a brake controller & 7 pin plug. Towing experience is required. A weight distribution hitch with a 2-5/16" ball is included. (You need a 2" receiver, and round 7 pin plug-in on your vehicle) No smoking of anything. :) Please take off shoes by the door, easier cleanup in the end!
