RV overview
The Forest River GT3 is a 2017 class A RV with large dual slides and Exterior Camp Kitchen which includes: an outdoor refrigerator, sink, and television. It is always kept very clean and mechanically sound. It is 32' in length and can sleep 6 people (2 on the king bed, 1 dining, 2 sofa bed, and 1 on the overhead bunk). The RV features a private stand-up shower, a private door for the toilet, plus dual stainless steel kitchen sinks. There is plenty of storage inside/outside and boasts large closet spaces in the bedroom. A large 22 ft awning extends your outdoor space and the bright LED lights under the awning will ensure you and your traveling companions will continue to have fun way after the sun has set. . We understand the need to have 110 volt available during your travels, so we allow UNLIMITED USE of the generator to power the outlets, to charge your devices, and for the TV and overhead A/C to remain running during your drive. There is also no extra charge for the use of the liquid propane gas (LPG). . Insurance through the RVshare site is a requirement in order to authorize your rental request. An insurance binder from your personal insurance alone is not acceptable to cover damages to the coach. Trip allowance is 100 mi per night. The excess mileage fee is $1.00 per mile after the total of your combined nightly allowances. . Traveling with any pets and smoking inside the RV is not allowed. Towing trailers or other vehicles is also not allowed. . We are only a 15 minute drive southwest of the Vegas strip and nearby McCarran International airport.
