From cozy bedding and bath towels to cookware, dinnerware, a toaster, and a coffee pot, we've loaded this rig with quality essentials. Just pack your bags and groceries—we handle the rest. • Festival-Friendly: Headed to a music festival? Bring it on! Unlike many hosts who ban festivals, we welcome festival-goers who treat our camper with care and respect. • Pet-Friendly: Up to 2 pets welcome—adventures are better with your pups along. • Easy Towing: Lightweight and maneuverable. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps Up to 5) • Main Queen Bed: Sleeps 2 adults comfortably. • Twin Bunk Beds: Sleeps 2 adults (one per bunk). • Convertible Dinette: Best suited for 1 small child (or daytime dining/remote work). WHAT'S INCLUDED • Bed & Bath: Fresh sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hand soap, and RV-safe toilet paper (strictly RV-safe paper only—no wipes or household paper). • Kitchen & Dining: Pots, pans, strainer, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, cutting boards, coffee pot, toaster, dish rack, sponge, soap, foil, lighters, and trash cans. • Setup & Outdoor Gear: Wireless backup camera with in-cab monitor, electric awning with exterior light, underbody LED lighting, leveling chocks, wheel blocks, stabilizer tools, and a basic tool kit. AVAILABLE ADD-ONS • Quiet Inverter Generator ($25/day): External, quiet gas-powered inverter generator for off-grid power. (Renter supplies regular unleaded fuel; must be locked and secured when not in use). HOUSE RULES • No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be deducted from your security deposit if smoke odor or residue is detected. • Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets allowed. A $200 cleaning fee applies if pet hair, stains, or urine/feces odors are found upon return. • Tow Vehicle Requirements: Your vehicle must have a 2-5/16" ball, a standard 7-pin round connector, and an operational electronic brake controller installed prior to pickup. • Delivery/Pickup: Any park or campground entry fees associated with delivery must be approved and paid by the renter in advance. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE • Awning Use: To prevent costly wind damage, electric awning operation is demonstrated at checkout; authorization is granted during walkthrough. • GPS Tracking: For security and emergency recovery, this trailer is equipped with an active GPS device accessible to the owner and law enforcement if needed. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Can my SUV or truck tow this? A: The Coleman 17B is ultralight (dry weight ~3 lb; GVWR 4 lb), making it towable by many mid-size SUVs and light-duty trucks with an appropriate tow rating, 2-5/16" ball, 7-pin wiring, and brake controller. Q: Do I need to bring linens or towels? A: Nope! We supply freshly laundered sheets, blankets, pillows, and bath towels. Q: Can we run A/C or microwave while boondocking (dry camping)? A: High-draw appliances require 120V shore power or our optional generator add-on ($25/day). The onboard 12V battery powers interior lights, USB ports, and the water pump.
