Sleeps 7 people, 5 adults very comfortably with one queen, two bunk bed full size, and one table diner that folds down to a bed. Functional private bathroom with door, toilet, and shower. Fridge is a very decent size, two-burner stove, microwave, and sink (no disposal). It comes with the basics like toilet paper, some pots/pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups, cutting board, place setting for 4 (bowls, plates, cups), salt/pepper and a limited amount of basic seasoning, single serve coffee maker, coffee mugs, and limited supply of creamer/sweetener. Has small smart TV that can be connected to Netflix, Hulu, and etc. Equipped with an a/c unit and heater. Has two propane tanks to cool the fridge and run the furnace. Suggested items for renter to bring: •Queen and two full sized mattress fitted sheets •Additional coffee K-cups (if desired) •Paper and plastic where for eating Items upon return: •Tanks empty •Propane tank replaced •Trailer cleaned inside and out
