This Motorhome has all your amenities so you can focus on making memories as you explore. The Jayco 29XK can sleep up to 6 people but is also a perfect RV for a smaller group. You will not find a better/easier RV to drive than a Jayco. Jayco's JRide technology makes the drive one of the smoothest rides of any Class C Motorhomes out there. Book today and take the stress out of your vacation, we can’t wait to see all the places you explore! During winter months this Motorhome will only be available for dry camping (no water/toilet). This is due to the risk of freezing waterlines especially during the night. Thank you for your understanding. Our Jayco Redhawk 29XK includes: - Queen Bed - Over Cab Sleeping (TV as well) - Both Dinette and Sofa fold into beds. - Stand up Shower - Fully Functional bathroom - 3-burner gas stove with a lid - Double sink. - Full-size microwave and a RV refrigerator/freezer - Lots of Cabinet Space - Onboard Onan 4,000-watt MicroQuiet generator. (4 hours per night generator usage included with rental for free. Excess generator usage after those 4 hours will be $3.00/hour - 30 amp power hook-up - Electric Awning *Service Dogs and Pets: Please contact me with additional questions about pets. I will allow service dogs but prior authorization is required. There will be an additional cleaning fee for pets. - Mileage Allowance: Free 100 miles per rental day free. Additional mileage is $1.00/mile - Security Deposit: $1500. Fully refundable within 5 business days as long as RV is returned full of fuel and free of damage. PICKUP or DELIVERY - Pickup time is 4 pm and drop off is by 10 am unless you would like to add early pickup or late drop off. -Delivery is available for additional charge. Cleaning - Please clean RV and make sure any belongings are taken out prior to returning RV. This will help us deep clean and sanitize everything for our next renters. We do require a $300.00 cleaning fee because we care about the health and safety of our renters. PLEASE NOTE: We follow CDC guidelines and thoroughly clean and disinfect our Jayco 29XK. We want you to feel confident that this is a clean and safe. PLEASE treat our RV with respect as if it was your own. We will do our best to make your vacation as smooth as possible. **Renter is financially responsible any damage caused to the RV during your vacation. Please just communicate with me and I am more than happy to work with you. I understand accidents happen. Please report anything you notice so we can get it fixed for the next group. **NO SMOKING (NO exceptions)** You will love this Class C Motorhome.
