We reserved the group campsite which says it has 12 parking spots, this is not accurate and our group has a difficult time with parking. The camp spot also isn't well marked and when we arrived there were campers in our spot.
The listing says there is water but it is only in drinking fountains as far as we could find which makes it difficult to fill large containers of water.
The freeway is pretty loud here so make sure to bring ear plugs.

Diamond in the rough. Beautiful at both sunrise and sunset Spacious sites. Lots of trails. Bathrooms were fine. Easy access on and off I-15

Now that Mesquite has "outlawed" overnight stays at the casinos, it was very refreshing to have an inexpensive place to stay overnight.

The campground was very good and the views were magnificent! It was quiet and peaceful most of the time. There does seem to be an issue with the reservations, though. Sites that were unavailable on the reservation system then sat empty throughout our stay. That was frustrating because we would have preferred one of those. Also, I couldn't get the Scan & Pay to accept my husband's Senior Lifetime Access Pass, so no discount. Still the price was a great bargain! The restrooms were clean and well maintained during the week but needed some attention over the weekend. Our campsite was not as close to the restrooms as we would have liked (again frustrating due to the unused reservations). During our stay it was quite windy at times. We weren't able to take advantage of the hiking trails during our stay, but they are available and close by. We definitely would stay here again!

Easy app to make reservations and to update reservation. Campground and bathrooms clean. Campground easy to access. Beautiful landscape with excellent trail to the river. Dark skies, quiet and no cell service! PERFECT !

We camped in site 34 in a fifth wheel. The curved drive with an island was a challenge to navigate and we did drive over the island on exit. Site was otherwise fantastic.

Campground is clean and neat. The reservation system showed most reservation only spots reserved however in actuality the campground was wide open with plenty of empty sites on the night we stayed including the reservation only spots that had shown as not available.

This was by far one of the best camping spots I’ve been in a long time, clean quiet, working restrooms, drinking water, shade. I will definitely be going back and can’t wait.

Great campgrounds. We enjoyed hiking down to the river and to the overlook, the views are incredible.
