READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE INQUIRING!!!!! Cozy & surprisingly spacious. This 24’ RV is easy to handle & checks all the boxes. It has 1 TV, Blue-ray DVD player, good size fridge, freezer, microwave, gas stove top (3 burners) & oven, large sink and plenty of storage. Large closet with mirrors on doors! Full bathroom with comfortable size shower. Queen bed, loft and dinette converts to bed. Sleeps 5 to 6 people. We REQUIRE you to have full 30-amp hook-ups at campgrounds to get the best experience from our RV. It is fully functional without the electric hook up, but has it's limitations under those conditions and it's too taxing on the RV systems to not have electric hook up. Dry-camping and boondocking are strictly prohibited. In other words, ANY overnights MUST be somewhere with FULL hook ups. Trickle charging at someone's house is NOT considered being "hooked up". You also cannot travel with a full potable water tank - only 1/2 full, at best. The connection at the top of the tank will spill out while driving if it's full. Hence there were some mildly soft spots in the flooring so we have installed a thin laminate sheet of wood over the floor in the camper. And the fridge should NOT be packed full - it can only keep things cool (or frozen in the freezer) with moderate capacity being used. We recommend bringing a portable cooler and keeping it full of ice to store excess items - like drinks. ALSO - the pictures you see show the bed when the slide out is extended. When the slide out is retracted, the end of the bed folds up. So you DO NOT have a full bed available when en route. Just FYI. It is mandatory for you to FULLY CLEAN the RV when you return it to us. Please give it back in the same condition you received it. If it comes back dirty - we will charge a cleaning fee of $150.00 at the end of the reservation. You must provide all your own bed linens and towels.
