WE DO NOT ACCEPT DRY CAMPING RESERVATIONS, where access to 50 amp power supply, or water is unavailable. No sewage hookup is OK, but the holding capacity of the black tanks limits the duration to 3-nights or less. Any reservation for 4-nights or more requires access to a sewage hookup for draining and flushing the black tanks. Single-owner, clean, and comfortable. This luxury four-season 5th wheel has two FULL bedrooms AND two FULL bathrooms with heat and A/C throughout. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen. It also has a large loft bunk area with two twin mattresses. The private guest bed and bath has its own sink, toilet, shower, and entry door at the rear of the RV. The master bedroom has a full closet and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer combo unit. The kitchen has a residential oven, three burner stove, a full-sized residential refrigerator, and a full-sized microwave over the stove. It has a large center island with dual sinks and spacious counter tops on the coffee bar and each side of the stove. There is a large dining table with four individual chairs, and an ottoman that we use at the end of the table as a fifth seat for dining. The living area has a dual-recliner leather loveseat. We also include two oversized beanbag chairs for additional seating while enjoying the 55-inch smart flatscreen television. The outdoor features include a large climate-controlled storage area, dual retractable awnings, lighting, rear steps and entry door for the guest bedroom, and keyless entry locks. The maintenance stations are straight forward and easy to use. The RV is fully stocked. Rentals include cookware, silverware, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, Kuerig coffee maker, bed linens, bath linens, cleaning supplies, and plenty of RV-friendly toilet paper. We are pet-friendly, so they are welcome to join you. Please be advised that repairs or cleaning of any pet damage due to soiling or destruction of any items provided will be charged to your refundable security deposit.
