A Custom Family Friendly Layout Unlike a traditional factory floor plan, Vivian has been intentionally customized to maximize the space families actually use. The standard dinette has been replaced with a bar-height dining area with seating for three, creating an open-concept living space with better traffic flow and plenty of room for kids to play. Two folding TV trays are included, giving you the flexibility to enjoy meals inside or outside under the awning. The original outdoor kitchen has been removed to create a much larger and more functional rear bedroom. Instead of multiple bunks, you'll find: One permanent bunk Nugget-style modular couch that converts into additional sleeping space for children Large storage cubbies for clothing, toys, and camping gear Extra floor space for rainy-day play, pack-and-plays, or luggage This flexible rear room gives families the space they need without feeling cramped. Double Bath Convenience One of Vivian's standout features is her bath and a half floor plan.
