This site is the perfect mix of completely in the middle of nowhere and all of the stuff you need to not feel like you’re roughing it. The sites are well spaced with some cover at each, and the hookups are clean and easy to use. There is a store/restaurant/bar less than a mile away. There is a nice little cove half a mile from the sites you can paddle around in with kayaks and paddle boards.

I love camping in this desert. We listen to the coyotes and watch deer and antelope. It’s a short walk to the marina, and great beach points to launch kayaks.
We appreciated the clean restrooms! We tent camp and they were great.

We had a bit of difficulty finding our spot which was #30 but it was actually A30! There were people from Colorado that had their dogs running loose barking at others.

Great area for us, we were able to ride our motorcycle out of here to many cool locations. Pronghorn greeted us every morning and evening, a few Mule deer.

John Smith the new host helped me out considerably as he saved me a trip to Green River for a quart of oil I needed for my generator. The restrooms are spotless, and showers are kept very clean.

July, This time of year things are pretty dry. This is a basic campground but very clean and plenty of space between spots. We had power at our site. It was not very busy so nice a quite. Very level sites. We will go back

Great experience. Chili, the camp host was a wonderful guy. He's worked so hard to improve the looks of our campground. Hardworking and friendly.

Worst campground I've ever stayed at. Host is worthless. Bathrooms and showers are disgusting. Trash was left at my site, including tons of cigarette butts I had to clean out of the fire pit. Host just changed reservation sign (just a constantly scribbled over sign that's unreadable) and left a broken folding table and old grease trap the people next to me left behind when they left. Sprinklers are constantly on but doing nothing but wasting water or constantly spraying your power pedastal. Speaking of, our power went out, as did the site next to us. Host was nowhere to be found despite a sign at his (far away) site saying he was in the campground. Had to call the ranger district office and they passed on the message. He never came by to check if the power was working, apologize, or explain what happened. He allowed (opened the utility room door of the bathrooms) for people to plug into power and park in front of the bathrooms to charge their boats and campers. Why pay for power when apparently you can get it for free? The dumpsters are also constantly overflowing. The list goes on. I will never come back to this campground.

Needs more trees for shade and water the grass. Plus side, showers were clean and the awing over the picnic table was a life saver.
