This was the most beautiful state park we have ever been to! Our family loved all the amenities available within the park. Our host was named Waverly and she was beyond helpful and friendly. She offered an array of suggestions as far as hikes, restaurants, and offered help at any time. The most impressive was the glamping tent we rented. OMG it was cleaner and more stylishly decorated than most hotels we've stayed in. There wasn't a spec of dirt on the floors and everything was well thought of: coffee Keurig with pods, adorable vintage fridgerator, books, cards, and even hammocks! The proximity to the water and facilities was great. We would definitely come again and HIGHLY reccomend STAYING HERE!

Amazing glamping experience at Wind Creek State Park! Beautiful lakefront location near the marina, clean and comfortable setup, and a perfect mix of nature and convenience. The hosts were perfect in their hospitality friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Peaceful, well maintained, and absolutely worth the stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We went glamping in March of 2026 with our 4 kids (ages 13, 10, 8, 5). We had a great experience!! The tents were beautiful and very clean. We had a great view of the lake! The hammocks in the back are a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C and fans worked well. The bathhouses were very clean as well. It stormed pretty heavily one night we were there and it just added to the fun- the tent kept us safe and dry! Zero complaints and would definitely glamp with Timberline again!!

Before our most recent trip to Timberline Glamping, I had never even heard about it. We booked our trip to go with friends!! Let me tell you, you will not regret it!!!

The tents were very well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. AC units were installed (2 at that) and it kept the temperature extremely comfy the entire time. The couple that owns/manages the glamping were more than generous and so helpful and they had the cutest little dogs!!

The park bathhouse was nice and clean and had a lot of hot water! We took our boat and were able to park it on the shore next to our glamping site which was an absolute game changer. We will definitely go back again!!!

Timberline Glamping on Lake Marting was wonderful. Our host was extremely helpful. We rented a kayak and paddle board for our stay, and it was at the water's edge waiting for us upon arrival. The glamping tent was clean and so cute. Pictures attached to review. We loved the location across from the water with easy access to the marina and the water's edge. The hammocks and fire pits were great, and also appreciated the woods behind the glamping tents. The AC inside the glamping tents work great! The bathhouse is a walk through the forest. It isn't terribly far away, but it also isn't a stone's throw away either. This was not a deal breaker for us, but it is good to be aware of especially when traveling with children. We will definitely be back to Timberline on Lake Martin! This was an awesome place!
