Scenic Drive RV Park and Campground

The good: It is near highway if you need an easy overnight stop.
But know that "scenic" applies to highway and not the campground. It is one big lot with gravel and patches of grass. Owner could invest in trees[!!] and updating restrooms. No senior or military discounts.

Good overnight stop. Easy on and off the highway. Cracker Barrel is at the next exit. I reserved and paid online. Received lot assignment and passwords via email. I never saw anyone working at the park. My Lot (16) was level and roomy. Most campers at park seem to be long term campers. Some of the campers were poorly maintained and had a lot of stuff on the ground around them.

Great place to stay RV sites are very nice easy to level up your rigs and hook ups are convenient and clean. If you have to stay in Aniston for work or travel, this is the RV spot to stay.

I'm now sitting in the dark writing this review, no power at this campground...
This campground needs much improvements. Broken electric box. It's a large gravel parking lot. So much room for improvement. And the office could have let us know that the power was out. And had been out for the past 24hrs.
This is also the most expensive camp site we have stayed at on our entire trip.
What the heck is a lock site fee and why is it $20.
We didn't even get to use the site #07 we rented. It was full and had to call the owner and were told to go to a different site #19. Not happy! We should get a huge discount...

Came for one night and arrived late. This was a perfect spot for us. Pull thru level lots. Great restrooms and shower area. Clean and vary spacious. Very quiet but amazingly close to the highway. We will stay here again next time we are passing through.
