September is a great time to go. Not too many people there. It would be nice to have information about the sites that have a dock. We were lucky, the site next to us was empty. It had a dock for our boat. Only one side of the dock was useable. The other side had too many tree limbs in the water. Trees need to be trimmed. It could have been a two-boat dock. We love camping there. We will plan on booking the site with the boat dock.
