Great place along huge river. Swimming beach, and second park across road. Boat ramp.
Just be careful with macerator pump at dump station. Not set up for that volume at that speed.

We loved our camping spot. We enjoy walking around the camp ground to get in our steps. A marina is opening up in the near by Millers Ferry, that includes gas/diesel fuel and a grill. When we were departing, we discovered a lot of ants climbing on our travel trailer. If you bring a product with you to counter the ants, you will enjoy your visit.

Miller's Ferry is definitely one of Alabama's hidden jewels. There are many sites that are waterfront, but all the sites are spacious. It's a great place to relax & find the beauty in nature. I cannot say enough about the camper hosts: Charles & Connie. They were friendly, informative & went out of their way to make sure everyone had a wonderful camping experience. We will be back.
