Miller's Ferry is definitely one of Alabama's hidden jewels. There are many sites that are waterfront, but all the sites are spacious. It's a great place to relax & find the beauty in nature. I cannot say enough about the camper hosts: Charles & Connie. They were friendly, informative & went out of their way to make sure everyone had a wonderful camping experience. We will be back.

We brought our 4year old grandson camping for the first time. He had a great time fishing, riding his bike and hanging out. We always enjoy our time at the campground and look forward to our next trip!

Great atmosphere. Good access to the river and the beach area was excellent. Spotlessly clean and the laundry was good too

I love how the park is laid out. Rack campsite is a degree of privacy. All aminities are covered. A trip to the town of millers ferry is a must. Such neat stores to visit. The marina is improving by leaps and bounds, hats off to that venture. Fishing is usually very good and the grounds are well kept. The host are always nice and friendly.

The campground was safe and beautiful. There is a store 15 minutes away if you forget anything. :) We saw fish, shrimp, one opossum, squirrels, and a cat. There was a ton of Spanish moss and honeysuckle. There is a loop for walking, running, or biking. I loved how we could see the water from any point on the grounds, but still be surrounded by trees. The only negative was a bird call box that went off every 10 minutes (day and night) that was VERY annoying. The call sounded like a screaming monkey, which was funny during the day, but not in the middle of the night. BUT, this box was located across the water at a person's private home, so unfortunately there was nothing to do about it. I still thoroughly enjoyed staying at these grounds for two nights and would return again.

Campground hosts are wonderful ! One of our Favorite places to camp! Will say that the docks and the few campsites with decking are in terrible need of new decking and Repairs! It is soo bad that it is a safety concern, fall hazard!
