What Guests Are Saying
Pickensville Campground offers a clean, well-kept, and peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities like biking. Many campers enjoyed spacious, shady sites with beautiful water views and friendly staff. While some facilities, such as the bathhouses, could use updates, the overall experience is positive, with visitors planning to return.

Peace and quiet. It’s a little swampy in areas. The drainage isn’t that great. But site 71 was perfect and that’s all that mattered to me. Friendly staff that was full of information about local topics.

We love watching the barges and boats go up and down the Ten-Tom waterway, buying baked goods at the Ole Country Bakery 18 mi away, and walking and riding our bikes in the campground. It’s our favorite campground.
