- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only, not on empty campsites or roads.
- Golf carts must follow car rules; drivers must be at least 16 years old and use lights after dark.
- Biking is allowed only during daylight hours.
Safety & rules
- The maximum driving speed in the campground is 5 MPH.
- Video surveillance is in place across the property for safety.
- Adults must supervise children at all times, and children under 12 require adult supervision in the bathhouse.
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Excessive noise and loud music that disturbs others is not allowed.
- Public intoxication and inappropriate behavior will lead to law enforcement involvement.
- Illegal drugs are banned, and alcohol must be consumed at campsites; alcohol is not allowed on Weiss Lake.
- Firing firearms, weapons, and explosives is prohibited on the property.
- Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed on the property.
- Harassment or offensive behavior will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
- Guests are responsible for damages or injuries caused by themselves or their pets.
- Guests accept all risks related to camping and indemnify the property owners from claims.
- The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injury.
- Guests must secure their belongings; the property is not liable for theft or damage.
- Follow posted emergency instructions and staff directives during emergencies.
- Guests must indemnify the property owners and operators against claims arising from their stay.

Wildlife & food storage
- Cutting or damaging trees and vegetation, as well as attaching items to trees, is prohibited.
