We like Foscue, it might be hot and muggy, but it's never crowded and the hosts are always great. The only downfall is the town Demopolis...kind of sad but does have a Walmart and fast-food places.

C.O.E. Camping at its absolute best! The staff here is awesome! Everybody is friendly, need something just mention it, campsites are clean like a fine hotel... really no way to ask for more! Plenty of trees for shade, lots of water to camp by, plenty of barges to watch... this place has it all (except reliable cell service because this is a rural area). Want to go into the big city of Demopolis... it's just a few miles down the road with restaurants, Wal-Mart, and gas stations. Camp here, you won't be disappointed.

We like it there, not very full and lots of places to bike and walk. The hosts are some of the best. Now demopolis is not our cup of tea but has a Walmart and fast food.

Very nice park. Quiet and well kept. Great being able to leave boat by some campsites. Lagoon getting shallow needs to be dredged out.

It was one of the very best weeks that we’ve ever spent there we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Got to go get a tour of the dam, which was very awesome. Could not ask for a better trip.

Foscue Creek is a beautiful COE campground. It's very well maintained and the camp hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. All sites have concrete pads with full hookups and for the most part are level. We'll definitely be back!

Campsite was extremely clean, the whole park looked like it had been manicured. From the time we checked in until we checked out, everyone was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure everything was 100%. A far cry from most parks we’ve stayed in. Pickensville is next, we Love the COE campgrounds.

Campground was well maintained and bathhouses were clean. Volunteers were very friendly and helpful! Great location for riding bikes or hiking. Great experience; we will be going back.

If you get a chance to tour the lock and dam, do it. We got to watch a barge go up river using the lock system and it was very educational. Also toured the Gaineswood Museum which was beautiful and very interesting!

Great trip all around.
