This is one of the most beautiful, well-run park we have stayed at. The staff and volunteers were very attentive and helpful and frequently rode around the park asking if there was anything we needed. Unfortunately, we had some bad weather while we stayed and the staff was very attentive and made sure everyone knew where the storm shelter was and reminded campers to bring in their awnings when it got windy.

COE parks for the most part are quiet, clean, well maintained and are on a body of water. This park was the best maintained, with the most helpful staff we have encountered in 2 years of using Corps. parks. Upon arrival the volunteer staff welcomed us and took us to our site. Very friendly. Even though the park had few empty spots it was quiet. The gravel area with picnic table and fire ring was raked! The grounds were well maintained. All pets, including ours, were leashed. We did not find any left behind dog piles in our extensive walks with our dog. Trails and boat ramp were clean and mowed. A staionary front with thunderstorms and wind prevented us from kayaking. Many spots were on the water, including ours. Waterside spots had posts to tie up watercraft. Will stay here any time we are in the area. Highly recommend.

We loved our 4-day stay at Foscue Creek! The park hosts were so friendly & helpful. The camp was very clean and well maintained. The sites were wide and level, and had nice picnic tables, a grill and a fire ring. There are multiple playgrounds for kids to play on. This was our first stay but definitely won’t be our last.

The park hosts are some of the best!! The Memorial Day gathering at the pavilion hosted by the Friends of Foscue was wonderful. Foscue is our favorite campground. The Park Ranger, Ann, was very nice.
