This park is just beautiful !! It's run by the Corps of Engineers who have made so many wonderful campgrounds around lakes in the USA. We camped right on Lake Eufaula, waterviews out all our windows. The staff were very accommodating to our needs, we got delayed a day and then stayed 2 extra days. It's a great location for day trips, 17 mi south to Abbyville and north to Eufaula. If you like fishing it's got it all, boat ramps and miles of lake.
