The grass appeared not to have been mowed for some time. There was a lot of small litter items around, not just my site but every;where i.e. bottle caps, butts, some plastic bottles, other pieces of paper. The site could have been maintain betterr, blown off, grass clear to off edges of pad. I have been a host at other parks, including COE parks this is the least maintained. Though I am reflecting on my experience the park itself in on a beautiful lake and location. This was my second time there in the last year and I didn't see any changes. COE gate volunteers very friendly and well organized.

We finally got campsite 15! It was well worth it! Be aware that this campsite floods after heavy rains but drains fairly quickly. Ants were still a problem. We brought dust, granules, and spray to help control them based on our past experiences. Campsite was clean. Due to new regulations, the bathhouses no longer have laundry facilities or air conditioning. It was HOT! We love White Oak Campground and enjoyed our vacation. Mallard Point is clean, quiet, and easy to launch the boat. Wildlife was everywhere…we even had a small gator at the end of the boat at the beginning of our stay.

This was my first time at this campground. We enjoyed it so much we came home and immediately started planning our next trip. We made new friends and memories. Great location and great staff.

Site 109 was beautiful. Very level and full shade. My only complaint would be no sewer hook ups. I heard people complaining about bath houses not being clean, and no a/c in them.

My wife and I have been camping here for over 30 years, this is one of the best views you will get in the area. This campground use to be the cleanest around but now, bath house’s or not up to par, grass is always high and not cut and the camp pads have grass growing up through the surface, you can’t even tell where your pad ends and the grass begins to. I have heard the corps were wanting the city to take it over because they say they are losing money.

Bath houses were extremely hot, no air flow at all. Ants everywhere in the bath houses. None of the laundry facilities worked. The gras was pretty high in the camp sites. A lot of debris left in camp sites from previous tenants. Been to this campground several times in previous years and it just has gradually gone down in the past couple years.
