Quite campsite. Bathhouses needs more attention. Ants were a big problem for me. But thanks to the reviews I was prepared.

BEAUTIFUL campground with towering pines and other mature trees to provide nice shady spots. Waterfront for our site which was beautiful. Easy entry to take a dip and fun to watch the boat activity. Grass was cut nicely and well maintained.

The campground was well kept. Our campsite had a nice view of the lake even though we were not lake front.
Ended up shortening our stay due to a rig water issue.

Bath houses were extremely hot, no air flow at all. Ants everywhere in the bath houses. None of the laundry facilities worked. The gras was pretty high in the camp sites. A lot of debris left in camp sites from previous tenants. Been to this campground several times in previous years and it just has gradually gone down in the past couple years.

Site 109 was beautiful. Very level and full shade. My only complaint would be no sewer hook ups. I heard people complaining about bath houses not being clean, and no a/c in them.

My wife and I have been camping here for over 30 years, this is one of the best views you will get in the area. This campground use to be the cleanest around but now, bath house’s or not up to par, grass is always high and not cut and the camp pads have grass growing up through the surface, you can’t even tell where your pad ends and the grass begins to. I have heard the corps were wanting the city to take it over because they say they are losing money.

This was my first time at this campground. We enjoyed it so much we came home and immediately started planning our next trip. We made new friends and memories. Great location and great staff.

White Oak Campground is accessible via US 431 and SR 95. US 431 runs south from Eufaula, providing major access to the campground.
