We usually love White Oak but this past trip was not great. All of the campsites were overgrown and not cleaned up. Our neighbors brought their own mower and had to mow the grass for their site. This was the worst I have seen the campground in the 25 years I’ve been going.

Staff was very friendly and made rounds. The only down side was the heat and they had no control over that.

White oak has always been a great family experience until the last few years and now it has gotten worse. Sad to see a beautiful park get so run down. Grass not cut bathrooms rundown and even some not working. No air in the bathrooms . Trees down and some that need to be taken down. I love this park and wish it was kept up better!

This campgroud actually is one of our favorites. Unfortunately this trip we were taken back. We were there 2 weeks over the 4th of July and the grass was never mowed. The grass was 2 feet tall the entire time. Very disappointed.

The grass needed cutting, limbs and trees needed getting picked up from where they have fallen. The bath house needs the AC fixed or turned back on. It was so hot in there you could not use them to use the toilet or shower, even after dark. The campground was full and money needs to be spent to update and maintain the property.

We were there from June 26 to July 2. The Holiday week was coming up! Almost fully booked with coming week fully booked! Bath house up from us was closed the whole time we were there. We were told only 2 in whole camp open. Wash rooms were closed. Grass was knee high around lots. Trees were down in some sites.
