Always a great experience at Isaac Creek. Clean and never crowded.

Quiet wooded campsite. Many varieties of wildlife. Camp hosts are friendly and attentive. Clean restrooms and well stocked. Free laundry. Will be back soon!

This was 4th July Weekend & I managed to find a campsite due to someone canceling 1 week before the 4th weekend.
Kathy the main host, did send me an SMS notification that site 33 was empty & gave okay to come ahead & occupy the site.
When we arrived the site was clean& the grass had been recently mowed.
We did have a power issue Saturday night, we had lights, but AC was not working & this is a new camper. There were other campsites on the other side of the loop that had no power.
Went to Camphost site, where the relief host said they already had the power/ electrical technician at the campsite earlier, but would dispatch again, for there were 3 other campers who confirmed they had no power at there side. The relief host had her partner to come to our site#33& check our power with his meter.
We had correct power supply incoming, so the problem was with our camper.
We could not find our breaker box, with joint effort, fellow camper & Stacey found our breaker box & reset the breaker.
Stacey was great at find the root problem, a blanket fell off the bed & was blocking the airflow.
Once the breaker was reset, the AC worked beautifully, for it would have been one hot evening.

As for the other campers, there issue was main breaker tripped on the line & the Corp Engineer Tech took care of the electrical problem

The afternoon of July 4th, our power went out. We waited patiently for a while. We drove up to the Host trailers and knocked on both...but no response. We drove through the campground and never saw a host. Later we were told that someone was working on a main electrical box. Some time later the power was restored...thankfully.

There were dogs running all over the place. Our dog remained on her short cable while we were outside and at times we had to put her inside because of unmanaged dogs. Again...so answer at either of the Hosts campers.

We have camped at Isaac Creek many times and this is the first time we did not have any interaction with a Host. We were there for 4 days. I'm not sure why this trip was so different, but I left there feeling neglected! :)

Nice remote area. Camp host is very dedicated to keeping up the campground.
