This lovely campground has something for everyone: campsites along the river, campsites along the creek (some with docks), and campsites in the woods. The bathhouses are kept immaculate! Each site had a covered trash can and they pick up the trash several times a week. The sites are large - plenty of room for our 35' motorhome, our tow trailer, and our vehicle. There are some nice hiking trails down near the dam and around the cypress swamp. The campground is a bit remote (about 25 minutes from Monroeville for grocery shopping and restaurants), but its remoteness is part of its charm. For anyone looking to get away from it all, this is the place! We stayed 2 weeks and the time flew by. We were sorry to leave. The camp hosts are very nice and helpful.

Very nice campground on a 34 mile lake with ample sized sites. We camped for 5 nights in a 31' travel trailer. We would absolutely camp here again. Highly recommended.
