We had a good trip. The grass looked as if it hadn't been mowed in a while. This may have been because of the rain but the grass was pretty tall and you couldn't walk in it without getting your feet wet especially in the morning. It is always worth going to Isaac Creek but the high grass was an issue for me this time.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. Directed right to my campsite. NICE campsite. Big, spacious. Much more secluded than many other places I've gone. Beautiful location. The site was pretty clean when I got there, but as I was setting up a fella came and blew out my site anyway. No need to bring your own firewood. When I was there, there was plenty all around. At night, it was very peaceful and quiet. With just enough lighting around to feel safe but not obtrusive. The only thing that could have been improved on I noticed was that the bathrooms were not air conditioned. Make's it hot for doing morning duties and I just couldn't bring myself to even try a shower, though they looked spacious and convenient, otherwise. And I guess the trail is not part of the park but it would have been nice to have a map of it included on the campsite map. There was no way of knowing whether it was a hundred yards or a hundred miles. Or whether it looped or if it was one way. Nice little waterfall along the way though. In conclusion. it was a rather enjoyable stay and I would definitely return
