What Guests Are Saying
Isaac Creek is a well-maintained and beautiful campground located along the Alabama River, offering a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts, good site spacing, and excellent amenities, making it ideal for fishing and enjoying nature. However, some travelers noted a lack of sewer hookups and occasional issues with electrical connections, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experiences.

This place is a bit out of the way but well worth the drive. Monroeville with its modern conveniences is just few miles away should you need to pick up a few items or eat out.
The camp ground is well maintained from the camp sites to the bathhouse and the host are very friendly and helpful.
Historic Fort Mims and Red Hill Spring are about 1 hour south if you're looking for an Alabama River day trip.
Phone signal (Verizon) is a bit on the low side with 1-2 bars just enough to make calls and text.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and a quiet and lovely stay. Would definitely return. It’s out of the way, but I find that’s usually where the most peace is found.

We spent two weeks camping at Isaac Creek Campground, site 49
The site was on the inside of the circle, cpbut it was level and easy access to park our 37 ft 5th wheel. The bathhouses were clean, and heated which is a plus on a cold morning.
Dave and Linda were great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. We plan on visiting again if we ever get back to Franklin, Alabama
