What Guests Are Saying
Isaac Creek is a well-maintained and beautiful campground located along the Alabama River, offering a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts, good site spacing, and excellent amenities, making it ideal for fishing and enjoying nature. However, some travelers noted a lack of sewer hookups and occasional issues with electrical connections, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experiences.

This is a very nice COE park EXCEPT - the park ranger has allowed two sites to remain occupied for OVER 2 YEARS by the same trailers. Site #1 and site #51 are being used as FREE storage lots by someone who supposedly is a work camper. The same trailers were there 2 1/2 years ago when we last stayed at this park. Besides that, the park is well maintained with clean restrooms and showers. Cell reception is a bit iffy, we had one or two bars with T-Mobile sometimes but other times it was zero. OTA TV reception got us channel 5 out of Mobile but nothing else. Mr. and Mrs. Rogers, the camp hosts were very friendly and easy to talk with. Overall a great place to relax and take a nice break.

I enjoyed the setting (hardwood forest) very much. The staff were nice and very helpful. I would like to see the fish cleaning station put back into service. This is a fishing setting and there is no other place to clean your catch. The staff allow the garbage disposal motor failed and it has been closed for two years. If no one will order a replacement disposal and install it an option would be to replace said disposal with regular drain system and open the cleaning station. Thank you for your consideration.

The park hosts were great and very helpful. We had a very enjoyable time. Highly recommend and hope to return soon. Site 31 was on the river and had great shade during the heat of the day.

Great campsites tucked into the trees. Lots of shade and great views. The bathhouses were dated but clean. They have laundry too. The attendants were so friendly and helpful. There is a great store/gas station about 8 miles from the campground that offers a wide variety of items and fresh prepared foods. Definitely would recommend the quaint campground.

I chose Isaac Creek at random because we wanted to try a new campground. We loved how spacious the site was and how peaceful and quiet the area was at most times. We definitely plan to come back sometime!
